Ingredients
Boneless Leg of Lamb
2 teaspoon Olive Oil
2 teaspoon Ginger
1 teaspoon Chilli
Salt & Pepper
1 teaspoon Quinns Lemon Juice
1 tablespoon Sauce-a-licious Soya Sauce
1 tablespoon Sauce-a-licious Sweet & Sticky
4 Baby Marrows, sliced into strips
4 Carrots, peeled and sliced thinly
1 red pepper, sliced into thin strips
6 baby corn, sliced into thin strips
3 servings cooked Egg Noodles
Directions
- Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the ginger, garlic and chilli.
- Cut the lamb into strips and add to the pan.
- Add Quinns Lemon Juice.
- Season with Salt & Pepper.
- Add Sauce-a-licious Soya Sauce and Sweet & Sticky Sauce and all the vegetables.
- Fry briefly.
- Serve with noodles.
