Shoulder of Lamb
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
2 Tablespoons Quinns Lemon Juice
Salt & Pepper
- Marinate Lamb in mixture of fresh herbs, Olive Oil, Lemon Juice, Red Wine & Garlic, for a couple of hours or overnight.
- Preheat the oven to 160 degrees.
- Cover meat and roast on the middle rack for about 2 hours, basting continuously.
- Uncover and roast for a further half-hour until well browned.
