A quick and flavourful dish, that can be enjoyed by the whole family.
Ingredients
2 x Salmon fillets skinned and deboned
1/4 tablespoon Flacked Salt
1 x Spray ‘n Cook
Directions
- Preheat oven to 200 degrees C
- Apply a thin layer of ‘Spray ‘n Cook’ to a baking dish
- Arrange fillets in the dish
- Coat fillets generously in Lemon & Herb Sauce
- Sprinkle with Flaked Salt
- Bake for 20 minutes OR until fish flakes
- Wait to cool and serve
